January is a very busy (and pleasant) time in Hyderabad, more so this year with many events happening. Rooms are scarce.  We have made the following options available, but it needs early confirmation. Please plan ahead and early for your trip. You need to contact us as explained below to avail of these rates/rooms. You are free to make your own arrangements with these hotels but you may get different rates.

We shall arrange for your accommodation in one of the hotels in the price range chosen. The payment shall be made by the participants directly to the hotel authorities on arrival.

Please confirm your accommodation requirement by the 30th of November, 2005, after which it might be difficult for us to arrange for your stay.

Transportation arrangements will be provided from the hotels we arrange accommodation for, at the conference start and end times. Public transportation is also available aplenty.

We will not be able to arrange for your accommodation at any of these hotels starting 10th Jan, 2006. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange for your stay. You could prefer Hotel Golkonda or Fortune Katriya which might be able to accommodate you.

The above options are available at Indian Rupee rates to Indian participants. Apart from this, limited accommodation facilities are available for the Indian participants of ACCV/WCVGIP as given below.
