Instructions for camera ready

  • All paper submissions to ACCV will be electronic.
  • All papers must be submitted in Acrobat PDF form along with the tex source (as zip or tar.gz file).

At least one author needs to be registered at regular rates (US$ 400/Rs 5000) to ACCV 2006 before November 15, for the paper to be published in the proceedings. However, if all the authors of the paper are students, at least one of them needs to registered at the student rate (US$ 200/Rs 2500). Registration details are available here.

Papers accepted for the conference will be published in the Springer Verlag Lecture Notes in Computer Science. The layout of the papers must adhere strictly to the guidelines set out in the instructions for the preparation of camera ready contributions available at LNCS guidelines. The page limit is 10 pages.

The camera ready copies should be uploaded using your Author Login details here.

Templates

The following style files and templates are available. We do not encourage the use of Microsoft Word. However, we do provide the relevant templates and sample files for PC (sv-lncs.dot) and Mac (sv-lncs) environments. Please read the explanatory sv-lncs.pdf (available in the zip file) the carefully.

LaTeX class file with margin, page layout, font, etc. definitions,
Word template (zip file),
BiBTeX style file with bibliography style definitions,
LaTeX template file -- an example of using the "llncs.cls" and "splncs.bst".
LNCS documentation -- about how to use llncs.cls

You can download all the above as a zip file.

We recommend that you use the LaTeX files to produce your document, since they have been set up to meet the formatting guidelines listed above. The LaTeX environment files specify suitable margins, page layout, text, and a bibliography style. Your paper should ultimately look similar to the ACCV submission example.

The document should be converted from LaTeX to standard PDF that is readable using Acrobat Reader 6.0 or later. To prevent problems with fonts, please create portable PDF files. Choose an option like Download all fonts, when creating the PDF file(s). Please use 'outline' fonts and not 'bitmap' fonts, for the same reason.
