Oral Presentation

A LCD Projector with 1024 X 768 resolution shall be provided. A computer with the following specifications shall be provided :

• Windows XP or Linux Operating System
• Microsoft Powerpoint
• Open Office 1.0
• Acroread 7.0
• 512 MB RAM
• USB port to connect USB devices

In addition, a facility to connect a personal laptop will be provided (VGA connector)

Poster Presentation

• During the poster presentation you are expected to explain your work orally to interested participants.
• For presentation only one poster area per accepted paper is allowed.
• Maximum size of a poster area is 28 inches x 40 inches in portrait format ( width = 28 in, height = 40 in ).
  
• Poster should be legible from a distance (~ 5 feet / 1.5 metres) to permit viewing by more than one person at a time. Please arrange the text and image sizes accordingly.

There are poster boards available for display and board pins to put up your posters. It is acceptable to pin smaller sheets (e.g., A4 size papers) together to tile the poster area. The header of your poster should state the title of the paper followed by the names of the authors and their affiliations.

All posters should be displayed in the pre-numbered locations at the site for poster presentations.
